摘    要:目的:研究膝关节软骨各MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging ,核磁共振成像)成像序列的成像参数,比较MRI各成像序列的关节软骨信噪比(Signal Noise Ration ,SNR)及关节软骨与关节液的对比噪声比(Contrast Noise Ration ,CNR),探讨M RI检查序列中最适合进行膝关节软骨显示诊断的序列组合。方法选取本院2014年10月至2015年3月期间根据不同临床需要而进行MRI检查的20例膝关节损伤患者。扫描序列包括矢状位FS‐PD(二维脂肪抑制质子密度加权像)、FSE的T1WI(T1加权像)和T2WI(T2加权像)、3D‐DESS(三维双回波稳态序列)、横轴位FS‐PD、冠状位FS‐PD。测量各MRI成像序列的SNR关节软骨、CNR关节软骨/关节液值,并进行比较。结果3D‐DESS序列的SNR最高,与T1 WI 、T2 WI相比有明显统计学差异(P<0.001)。3D‐DESS序列的CNR与FS‐PD无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论矢状位FS‐PD及3D‐DESS序列组合的SNR关节软骨、CNR关节软骨/关节液可以兼顾达到最大,成为最优显示膝关节软骨的序列组合。

Comparison of 3D-DESS sequence and conventional sequence in the display of the knee joint cartilage
Abstract:Objective To study the time and parameter optimization of 3D‐DESS sequence imaging on knee joint cartilage ,and compare the SNR and CNR of MRI imaging sequences to choose the most suitable sequence combinations in the diagnosis of knee joint cartilage display .Methods To choose our hospital in October 2014 to March 2015 ,according to the needs of differ‐ent clinical and MRI of 20 patients with knee injuries .Scan sequence including sagittal FS‐PD (fat‐suppression proton density weighted imaging)、T1WI (T1‐weighted )、T2WI (T2‐weighted ) ,3D‐DESS(three‐dimensional double‐echo steady state)、trans‐verse and coronary FS‐PD .Measure and record the MRI sequence of CNR and SNR of articular cartilage .Results Compared with T1 WI and T2 WI ,3D‐DESS sequence has the maximum SNR ,and have significant differences statistical (P<0.001) .3D‐DESS sequence CNR and FS‐PD has no obvious difference (P> 0.05) .Conclusion FS‐PD (fat‐suppression proton density weighted imaging) and 3D‐DESS are the best sequence in imaging showed the knee joint cartilage combination .
