平阳霉素局部注射治疗头面部血管瘤(附452例报告)

目的总结用平阳霉素治疗头面部血管瘤的效果。方法采用平阳霉素8 mg+0.5%利多卡因或生理盐水3-6 m l溶解后注射,一次未愈,间隔1-4周重复给药,5次为一疗程,总量不超过80 mg。结果452例(518个瘤体)患者,经1-3年随访,治愈率57.92%,显效率29.54%,有效率9.27%,总有效率87.46%。结论本方法疗效显著、安全可靠、副作用小,外观满意,为治疗小儿及成人头面部血管瘤的有效方法,值得临床推广。

Local Injection of Pingyangmycin for the Treatment of Cephalic and Facial Hemangioma: a Report of 452 Cases

Objective To summarize the therapeutic effects of Pingyangmycin on cephalic and facial hemangioma.Methods Local injection of Pingyangmycin was used to treat cephalic and facial hemangioma.If the lesion did not disappear,the treatment was given once again in one to four weeks' interval with a total dose of no more than 80mg.The injection was repeated 5 times for one course.Results In the 452 cases with cephalic and facial hemangioma,treated by local injection of Pingyangmycin and followed up for one to three years,the cure rate was 57.92%,the notable rate was 29.54%, the effective rate was 9.27%,and the total effective rate was 87.46%.Conclusion This remedy is reliable with satisfactory appearance and small side effects.It is safe and effective for treating cephalic and facial hemangioma.
