| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法采用输尿管镜钬激光技术治疗67例输尿管结石,其中上段13例,中下段54例。结果单次结石粉碎率89.6%,并发症为3%(2例)。结论输尿管镜钬激光是治疗输尿管结石有效、安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for man aging ureteral calculi. Methods Ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy was used in 67 ureteral calculi patients(proximal 13 cases,middle and distal 54 cases) . Results The overall stone fragmentation rate was 89. 6% . The complication rate was 3% (2 cases). Conclusions Ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method for managing ureter al calculi. |
