在高等中医药院校诊断学教学中建立典型病人库的相关研究

针对高等中医院校诊断学实践教学中学生多、实习医院少、临床见习次数少、学生缺乏动手机会等现状,建立典型病人库。将学生122人随机分为对照组和实验组,分别从问诊内容、问诊技巧、体格检查3方面研究,实验组均优于对照组,说明典型病人库的建立有助于增强学生的临床实践技能。

Typical patient database established for TCM diagnostics teaching in TCM colleges and universities

The typical patient database was established to solving the problem of more students, and less training hospitals and opportunities of clinical practice. All 122 students were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. The comparison results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in the content and skills of inquiry and physical examination. The study indicates that the typical patient database is conducive for the improvement of students＇clinical skills.
