有晶状体眼Verisyse人工晶状体术后视觉质量评估

目的:探讨有晶状体眼人工晶状体术矫正高度近视患者术后的视觉质量。方法:30例高度近视患者(近视屈光度数为-8.25~-21.0D)植入有晶状体眼Verisyse人工晶状体矫正高度近视。术后至少3mo以上进行问卷调查,包括三部分,手术原因问卷,视功能问卷和术后满意度问卷。结果:100%患者均以提高裸眼视力为最主要手术目的,97%是为了去除眼镜,90%以上患者术后视功能好或很好,其中,以中距离视力好或很好的百分比较高。93%患者对该手术表示满意,并愿意推荐给家人或朋友。结论:有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术矫正高度近视患者术后有较好的视觉质量,术后视功能和满意度均较好。

Quality of vision after Verisyse phakic intraocular lens implantation

AIM:To evaluate the quality of vision after the insertion of phakic intraocular lenses (PIOL) for the correction of high myopia.METHODS: Thirty cases with -8.25? ?1.0 diopter (D) of myopia were implanted with Verisyse phakic intraocular lens (PIOL). The questionnaires on reasons for surgery, visual function and postoperative satisfaction were used for investigation at 3months or more after the operation.RESULTS: The most common purpose of pursuing PIOL was improving uncorrected visual acuity (VA) (100%), followed by being free from the spectacles (97%). More than 90% of the patients reported good or very good visual function, especially in middistance visual acuity. 93% of patients were satisfied with the overall outcomes of PIOL, and were willing to recommend to their family and friends.CONCLUSION: The quality of vision, including posto-perative visual function and satisfaction, after Verisyse PIOL implantation is fine for correcting high myopia.
