激光周边虹膜成形术治疗白内障膨胀期继发青光眼

目的探讨激光周边虹膜成形术治疗白内障膨胀期继发青光眼的有效性和安全性。方法膨胀期白内障所致的继发性青光眼患者27例27只眼,经降眼压药物治疗后1～3h,眼压仍不能控制在30 mmHg以下,立即以波长为514.5nm、光斑直径为500μm、时间为0.2s、功率为240～260 mW的绿光激光行虹膜根部360°房角形成术。观察治疗前后的视力、眼压及前房角的变化。结果本组患者激光术后1.5～2.0h,眼压均从36～57mmHg降至15～26 mmHg,视力均有不同程度的提高,房角有不同程度的加宽。结论激光周边虹膜成形术是快速降低白内障膨胀期继发青光眼眼压的一种有效、安全的方法。

Argon Laser Peripheral Iridoplasty Treatment to Secondary Glaucoma Infected by Cataract in Its Expansion

Objective To discuss the effects of argon laser peripheral iridoplasty (ALPI) on the treatment of secondary glaucoma infected by cata- ract in its expansion and the continual high intraocular pressures so as to prove its effectiveness and safety. Methods At 1-3 hours after medical treatment of 27 cases (27 eyes),those whose intraocular pressures could not be controlled below to 30 mmHg received ALPI treatment at once,and be kept watching the changes in eyesight,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber angle before and after. Results The intraocular pressure of all the cases,1.5-2.0 hours after ALPI,was droped from 36-57 mmHg to 15-26 mmHg,and the eyesight rose to an extent,and also the anterior chamber angle widened. Conclusion ALPI is an effective and safe method for rapidly reducing the intraocular pressure of secondary glaucoma infected by cata- ract in its expansion.
