摘    要:目的:探讨严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的实验室特征。方法:对30例SARS病人的血液、尿液、呼吸道分泌物等标本分别进行血常规、尿常规、微生物学以及生化、免疫等各项指标检测,分析其变化特征,并与正常对照组20例比较。结果:SARS组多项指标与对照组有差别,其中血清酶AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、LDH同工酶(LD1)高于对照组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),且急性期高于恢复期(P<0.05),血常规WBC、LY%、GR%、RBC、Hb、Plt在两组间有显著性差别(P<0.01)。常见微生物学检查结果显示血液及体液培养标本中条件致病菌检出率较高,铜绿假单胞菌(2/30)、嗜麦芽假单胞菌(2/30)、表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)(1/30)、赛氏葡萄球菌(MRSCN)(1/30)。药敏结果显示头孢哌酮-舒巴坦、万古霉素对上述相应菌敏感率最高。结论:SARS的实验室特征显示出该病对心、肺、肾等多器官功能有损害,对进一步研究及诊治该病有一定的,临床参考价值。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the laboratory characteristics of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome ( SARS ) . Methods: Clinical specimens,including blood,urine and sputum,were collected from 30 patients with SARS. The changes of various component of blood and urine, such as protein, cells, enzyme, pathogen, were analyzed in this study, compared with data from health control group(n =20). Result: The levels of serum cardiac muscle enzymes in the SARS,including AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH.LD1,were significantly higher than those of control (P<0.01). The difference between acute SARS group and convalescent group were also significant ( P < 0. 05). There was significantly changes between acute SARS group and convalescent group in blood routine examination (WBC ,LY% , GR% , RBC , Hb, Plt) ( P < 0. 01) . The result of microbial culture of blood, urine, and sputum showed P. aeruginosa (2 of 30) ,P. maltophilia(2 of 30) and S. epidermidis( MRSE) ( 1 of 30) in the patients with SARS. Antimicrobial susceptibility test in vitro show that Cefoperazone - Sulbactan and Vancomycin have high sensitivity to correspond microbe. Conclusion: From our data, it can be concluded that the laboratory characteristics of the patients with SARS were significantly changed,indicating serious injury of heart,lung and kidney in the patients with SARS. Our data will help people to recognize the SARS.
