Abstract:Objective:To measure the effect of physical exercise on health. Method: Analysis and evaluation were made respectively to check fingertip-pulse waves. Result:The effect on health can be found in the measurement of fingertip-pulse waves. Conclusion: Physical exercise can improve health and prevent diseases.
