| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨RBC，MCV，RDW，PLT，MPV，PDW的检测对脑梗塞（Cerebral Infarction)诊断的意义。方法：参照国际血液学标准化委员会（ICSH）的有关标准运用血球计数仪测定相应参数。结果：MCV，PLT，MPV，PDW在脑梗患者与健康对照者之间存在显著差异（P＜0．01），RBC和PDW没有显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：红细胞及血小板相应参数的测定对脑梗塞诊断具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical significance of the detection of RBC, MCV,RDW, PLT, MPV and PDW in diagnosing cerebral infarction cases. Methods:All the detections were made by using blood cell counter and analyzer and based on standard established by the international hematological standard committee. Results: Significant difference was observed in the detection of, MCV, RDW, PLT, MPV between the cerebral infarction cases and healthy cases( P <0.01). No difference was observed between the RBC and PDW( P >0.05). Conclusion:Detection index of RBC and PLT was helpful in diagnosing cerebral infarction cases. |
