胫骨Pilon骨折42例手术治疗分析

目的:探讨切开复位内固定治疗P ilon骨折的临床疗效。方法:42例P ilon骨折病例,术前依据Rüed i-A llgüw er分型:Ⅰ型7例,Ⅱ型23例,Ⅲ型12例。均采用切开复位,钢板和螺钉内固定术。结果:术后随访6~38个月,平均14个月。依据M azur踝关节评分系统评定疗效:优21例,良14例,可5例,差2例;优良率为87%。结论:正确的选择手术时机、术中良好的复位和坚强的内固定是治疗P ilon骨折的关键。

The analysis of operative treatment of 42 cases with Pilon fractures

Objective:To evaluate the effects of interal fixation in the treatment of Pilon fractures.Methods:42 cases with tibial Pilon fracture operatively treated were reviewed and analyzed.According to Rüedi-Allgüwer classification system,there were 7 cases of type Ⅰ fracture,23 cases of type Ⅱ fracture,and 12 cases of type Ⅲ fracture.Results:All the cases were followed up for 6 to 38 months,14 months on average.According to Mazur standard,21 cases were rated as excellent,14 cases as good,5 cases as fair and 2 cases as poor.The excellent and good rate was 87%.Conclusion:Good timing of surgery,anatomical reduction of joint surface and stable interal fixation are effective methods to improve the clinical results of tibial Pilon fractures.
