| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT急性肾损伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析35例急性肾损伤的患者的CT表现特征。结果35例急性肾损伤患者中左肾损伤18例，右肾损伤14例，双肾损伤3例。CT表现①肾包膜下血肿5例（占14.3％）；②肾挫伤22例（占62.9％）；③肾破裂8例（占22.8％）。结论CT检查能够迅速、安全、准确地判断肾损伤的程度与范围，有助于临床确立合理的治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of acute renal trauma.Methods To reviewe 35 cases of acute renal tranma's CT representation.Results In the 28 cases,18 cases were involved in the left kidney,14 cases in the right kidney and 3 cases in both kidneys.CT showed subcapsular hematoma in 5 cases(14.3%),intrarenal trauma in 22 cases(62.9%),renal rupture in 8 cases(22.8%).Conclusion CT can rapidly,safely and accurately judge the extent and range of the acute renal trauma,and helping clinicians to design appropriate treatment strategies. |
