摘    要:S—腺苷甲硫氨酸是生物体内重要的中间代谢物质,参与多种生化反应,具有广泛和多样的治疗作用,但其内在的不稳定性在很大程度上限制了它在临床上的应用。文章主要介绍了S—腺苷甲硫氨酸的失活机理、稳定化理论及其新型稳定性盐。

Abstract:S-adenosyl-L-methionine is an important m etabolic intermediate in org anism, which is involved in many biochemical reactions. Its therapeuctic usage c ould be extensive and varied, however its intrinsic instability limit its clini cal application to a large extent. This paper introduce its degradation mechanis m and stabilized theory, also refer to the novel stable salts of S-adenosyl -L-methionine with polyanions.
