| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨钬激光治疗榆尿管石街的疗效。方法 分析了2002年10月～2004年10月榆尿管镜下钬激光治疗12例输尿管石街的临床资料。结果 12例一次性碎石成功，术中无输尿管穿孔，撕裂等并发症。结论 榆尿管镜下钬激光治疗榆尿管结石具有损伤小、痛苦小、效果确切、恢复快等优点，是一种治疗输尿管结石街的较好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of HO:YAG Laster on the treatment of ureteral steinstrasse.Methods From Oct.2002 to Oct.2004,28 cases of ureteral steinstrasse were ureterosopicaly treated by the use of the above mentioned lithotripsy.Results 12 patients were treated successfully,no major complications such as perforation were encountered.Conclusions Treatment of ureteral steinstrasse with this method has advantages of less invasive and pain,effective,safe and fast recover.It's a good treatment way for uretera steinstrasse. |
