硫酸锌和地塞米松磷酸钠对家兔肝脏锌含量的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究硫酸锌和地塞米松磷酸钠对家兔肝脏锌含量的影响 ,以了解其对金属硫蛋白(MT)的诱导情况。方法 :青紫兰家兔五组 :A组皮下注射 (s.c.) 3次地塞米松磷酸钠 ;B组和 C组分别 s.c.5次流酸锌 ,C组最后 3次同时 s.c.地塞米松磷酸钠 ;D组和 E组分别 s.c.7次硫酸锌 ,E组最后 3次同时 s.c.地塞米松磷酸钠 ;再以原子吸收分光光度法测定肝组织中锌的含量。结果 :兔肝的锌含量两个给锌组 (B、D组 )均明显高于激素组 (A组 ) (P<0 .0 1 ) ,两个给锌+激素组 (C、E组 )均明显高于对应的给锌组 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ,给锌 1 4d组 (D组 )反而明显低于给锌 1 0 d组 (B组 ) (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :地塞米松磷酸钠和硫酸锌可使家兔肝脏的锌含量明显增加 ,且具有显著的协同作用

Abstract:Object:For the purpose of investigating zinc sulphate and dexamethasone induction on the MT of rabbit liver,we researched the effect of them on the Zinc content of rabbit liver.Methods:Rabbits were divided into five groups:the group A were treated with an subcutaneous injection of dexamethasone three times,the group B and C were treated with an subcutaneous injection of zinc sulphate five times for 10 days,but group C were added dexamethasone in the last three times,the rabbits in group D and E were treated with an subcutaneous injection of zinc sulphate seven times for 14 days,but group E were added dexamethasone in the last three times.We detect the contents of zinc in the rabbits liver by atomic absorption Spectrophotometry.Results:The zinc contents in liver of both groups B and D were prominently higher than that of the group A(P<0.01).The two groups(C?E) of given both Zinc and dexamethasone were higher than the corresponding groups of given Zinc(P<0.01,P<0.05).The group(D) given zinc 14 days is lower than the group(B)given zinc 14 days (P<0.01).Conclusions:Znic sulphate and dexamethasone can induct the MT of the rabbit's liver markedly and both have significant synergistic action.
