耳穴压豆对胆结石患者术后胃肠功能的影响

目的：探讨耳穴压豆对胆结石患者术后胃肠功能的影响。方法：采用方便采样法选取天津市南开医院胆胰外科60例行开腹胆囊切除术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者按术后护理常规进行护理,试验组在术后常规护理的基础加用耳穴压豆。观察两组患者首次肛门排气时间、排便时间及恶心呕吐、腹胀的发生率。结果：试验组患者首次肛门排气时间、排便时间早于对照组（P〈0.05）,恶心呕吐及腹胀发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组有统计学意义。结论：耳穴压豆能促进开腹胆囊切除术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复。

Influence of auricular point pressing with bean on postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients with cholelithiasis

Objective ：To discuss the effect on recover gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal surgery auricular point sticking. Methods：Selected 60 patients with cholelithiasis surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimenal group and control group. 30 Patients in each group ,patients of control group group were given routine nursing,the patients of experimental were given Auricular point sticking plus routine nursing,compaed the recovery time of bowel sounds, defecate time, anal exhaust time and length of stay of two groups. Results ：The recovery time of bowel sounds anal exhaust time and the first defecate time of experimental group were all earlier than control group＇s, abdominal distension rate lower than those in the control group there were significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Auricular point sticking could made a better effect on improving gastrointestinal function recovery and would be widely used.
