中医水疗联合西药治疗泛发性湿疹对照观察

[目的]观察中医水疗联合西药治疗泛发性湿疹疗效。[方法]将79例患者按随机数字表法,分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(37例)。治疗组采用500mL 0.9%的生理盐水加400mg的普鲁卡因进行静脉封闭,1次/d;氯雷他啶,10mg/次,1次/d,口服;意比舒乳膏,每晚1次,外敷,中医水疗基本方(药用马齿苋、野菊花、蒲公英、金钱草等),药物均在粉碎后用纱布包裹,加入适量的清水,浸泡30～60min,然后大火煎30min,将药液倒出,用于洗浴,每隔1d洗浴1次。对照组仅采用常规的西医治疗,标准同治疗组。均以10d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,随访半个月,进行判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率92.90%,对照组总有效率78.40%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]中医水疗联合西药治疗泛发性湿疹效果显著。

Traditional Spa Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Extensive Eczema Control Observation

[Objective]To observe the Traditional spa combined with western medicine for treatment of generalized eczema.[Methods]79 patients randomly,divided into the treatment group(42 cases)and control group(37 cases).The treatment group with 500mL 0.9% saline plus 400mg procaine intravenous closed,1 times of loratadine,/d;10mg/,1 /d,oral;meaning than Shu cream,every night 1,external application,Traditional spa basic(medicinal purslane,No Kikuka,dandelion,loosestrife,etc.),drugs are in the crushing wrapped with gauze,adding proper amount of water,soak 30 ~ 60min,then fry 30min,into the liquid pouring,used for bathing,washing 1 times every 1D.The control group only with conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group standard.With 10d for 1 courses,3 courses of treatment,follow-up for half a month,to judge the curative effect[.Results]The total effective rate of treatment group 92.90%,control group in the total efficiency of 78.40%,the treatment group were better than the control group[.Conclusion]Chinese water treatment combined with western medicine in the treatment of extensive eczema treatment of extensive eczema effect.
