周围型肺癌阻塞性病变的CT表现

目的：确定ＣＴ 图像上周围型肺癌之肺部阻塞性病变的诊断作用。方法：１８ 例周围型肺癌和１２ 例良性肺肿块对照者均经常规ＣＴ 扫描，绝大多数病人经肿块部位及其上下一层的深呼吸时相ＣＴ 扫描。结果：周围型肺癌的肺部阻塞性病变计有肺不张、阻塞性肺炎、阻塞性肺气肿及肺静脉癌栓。结论：注重ＣＴ 图像上周围型肺癌的各种肺部阻塞性病变，可为肺癌确诊提供重要的诊断依据。

OBSTRUCTIVE LESIONS IN CT EXAMINATION OF PERIPHERAL LUNG CANCER

Objective: To study the effectiveness of CT in diagnosing obstructive lesions in peripheral lung cancer Method: 18 patients with peripheral lung cancer and 12 controls with benign pulmonary masses all underwent CT scanning Most of them had thin slice scanning at the location of the masses during breats hold after deep inspiration and deep expiration The anatomic structures on CT after deep inspiration were in great correspondence with those after deep expiration Results: Obstructive lesions of peripheral lung cancer can be categorized into 4 types on CT examination, i e , atelectasis, obstructive pneumonia, obstructive emphysema, and small pulmonary vein blockage by cancer cells Obstructive pneumonia can then be divided into pneumonia distant and/or adjacent to the tumor according to the position of the lesions Conclusion: Whether or not the obstructive lesions are accompanied with a peripheral lung mass, it is important that every pathological change at the obstructive lesions be noticed on the CT pictures for a careful diagnosis of pulmonary cancer
