急性白血病患者血脂及乳酸脱氢酶变化的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨急性白血病(AL)患者血脂及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)变化的临床意义。方法用酶学法动态检测68例AL患者化疗前、完全缓解期的空腹晨血血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)和载脂蛋白B(APOB),LDH.结果化疗前组TC,LDL—C,HDL—C,APOA1,APOB比对照组和完全缓解组明显降低(P〈0.05),而LDH和TG则比对照组和完全缓解组明显升高(P〈0.05)。完全缓解组7项指标与对照组相比无差异,若复发则再次出现上述改变,急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)与急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)血脂及乳酸脱氢酶水平无差别。结论动态监测AL的血脂及乳酸脱氢酶水平有助于判断其疗效和预后.

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical significance of alteration of serum lipids and lactic dehydrogenase in patients with acute leukemia. Methods Serum total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C), triglyceride(TG), apolipoprotein A1(APOA1), apolipoprotein B(APOB), lactic dehydrogenase( LDH) were determined by using enzymatic methods in period of anterior treatment and completely remission. Results The lever of TC, LDL- C, HDL- C, APOA1, APOB in period of anterior treatment were significantly lower than contrast group and in period of completely remission(P <0.05). But TG and LDH were significantly higher than contrast group and in period of completely remission(P <0.05). The 7 markers were no difference in contrast group and in period of completely remission. The alternation will reappear when relapse. The lever of serum lipids and lactic dehydrogenase were no difference in acute lymphoblastic leukemia( ALL) and acute non- lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL). Conclusion Monitoring the lever of serum lipids and lactic dehydrogenase in patients with acute leukemia should help clinician to judge the therapeutic effectiveness and prognosis.
