帕利哌酮缓释片合并解郁安神汤治疗精神分裂症临床疗效观察

目的观察帕利哌酮缓释片合并解郁安神汤治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用口服帕利哌酮缓释片，观察组在对照组的基础上加服解郁安神汤，根据PANSS量表评定临床疗效，并记录不良反应的发生。结果经过治疗后，治疗后1周两组的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；在治疗后4周和治疗后8周中观察组的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分均高于对照组的相应数值，经t检验，P〈0．05；观察组不良反应率为13．3％，明显高于对照组的5．0％，P〈0．05。结论帕利哌酮缓释片合并解郁安神汤能够全面改善精神分裂症的症状，降低不良反应的发生率及程度，提高安全性。

Clinical curative effect of paliperidone extended-release tablets combined with Jieyu Anshen soup on schizophrenia

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of paliperidone extended-release tablets combined with Jieyu Anshen soup on schizophrenia. Methods Sixty patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, patients in control group were given pali-peridone extended-release tablets, on the basis of the control group, patients in the observation group were treated with Jieyu Anshen soup. According to the PANSS scale, the clinical curative effect was as-sessed and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded. Results After treatment for one week, there were no significant differences in positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general spirit pathology and the total score between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; After the treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The adverse reac- tion rate of the observation group（ 13.3% ） was significantly higher than that in control group （5.0%）, P 〈0. 05. Conclusions Paliperidone extended-release tablets combined with Jieyu Anshen soup can thoroughly improve the symptoms of schizophrenia, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and the de-gree and enhance the safety.
