抑癌基因PTEN对宫颈上皮内瘤变进展的影响

目的探讨抑癌基因PTEN蛋白表达在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）进展中的作用。方法选择235例CIN患者，应用免疫组织化学（sP）法检测PTEN的蛋白表达。结果CIN各级组织中PTEN蛋白阳性表达率：CINI级与CINII级、CIN III级相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），CIN II级与CIN III级相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论随着宫颈上皮内瘤变病程的进展，PTEN蛋白表达有降低的趋势，提示PTEN蛋白表达的降低是宫颈组织恶变的早期信号。

Effect of tumor suppressor gene PTEN on the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To investigate the effect of tumor suppressor gene PTEN protein on the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PTEN protein in 235 patients with CIN. Results There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of PTEN between CIN I grade and CIN II grade, CIN III grade（P 〈0. 01）, but there was no significant difference between CIN II grade and CIN III grade（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The decline of the PTEN expression levels can promote the development of the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
