消化系统不合理用药情况分析（附210例报告）

目的了解目前河南省第二人民医院消化系统不合理用药情况。方法通过回顾性分析210例消化系统疾病患者的用药情况，以药品说明书、《中国药典临床用药须知》、文献报道为依据进行不合理用药的判定，并汇总分析。结果210例患者中出现不合理用药现象93例，不合理用药率为44．28％。结论通过分析发现不合理用药现象较严重，临床医生需要不断地学习新知识、新技术，总结临床经验和教训，以达到安全、有效、经济和适当的应用药物的目的。

Analysis of irrational medications in digestive system disease（ a report of 210 cases）

Objective To understand the irrational medications of digestive system in the second people＇ s hospital of Henan provinc. Methods A retrospective analysis of medications in 210 patients with digestive system disease was made. Instructions, the China pharmacopoeia notice for clinical drug and the literature was used as the basis for the judgement of irrational medications, and were summarized and analyzed. Results During the treatment with drugs, 93 cases had unreasonable medications, the rate of irrational medications was 44. 28%. Conclusions The phenomenon of irrational medications is more serious, so clinical doctors need to keep learning new knowledge, new technology and summarizing the clinical experiences and lessons, in order to achieve safe, effective, economic and appropriate appli-cation of drugs.
