子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

目的探讨子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产产后出血患者中的临床应用效果。方法将45例剖宫产产后出血患者随机分为观察组（n=29）与对照组（n=16），观察组采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗，对照组给予宫腔塞纱术治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果两组手术均顺利完成，无死亡病例，术后切口均I期愈合。观察组手术时间、产后出血量、子宫切除率均显著优于对照组（P〈0．01或〈0．05）；术后随访3个月，两组术后产褥感染率、继发贫血、术后输血、痛经及术后再出血等方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但并发症总体发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论子宫背带式缝合术应用力剖宫产产后出血患者能够有效迅速止血，降低术后并发症及子宫切除率，在挽救患者生命的同时可较大限度地保留患者生育能力，值得推广。

Efficacy observation of uterine parceled suture on postpartum hemorrhage caused by cesarean

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of uterine parceled suture on postpartum hemorrhage caused by cesarean. Methods Forty-five patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by cesarean were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 29 ） and the control group （n = 16）, the patients in observation group were treated by uterine parceled suture, and the patients in control group were treated by uterine cavity plug yarn technique, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results Patients in the two groups all achieved successful operation, there was no deaths, incisions healing I. Operative time, postpartum hemorrhage, and hysterectomy rates in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 or 〈 0. 05） ; The followed-up was 3 months after operation, there was no significantly difference in puerperal infection after surgery, the incidence of secondary anemia, postoperative blood transfusion, dysmenorrhea, postoperative bleeding between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Uterine parceled suture can effectively stop bleeding quickly, reduce postoperative complications and hysterectomy rate in patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by cesarean, fertility retention in greater limits on base of saving the lives of patients, so it＇ s worthy of promotion.
