TACE联合^125I放射性粒子植入治疗原发性肝癌临床疗效观察

目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）联合^125I放射性粒子植入治疗原发性肝癌（HCC）的疗效。方法采用抽样调查的方法，选取38例患者接受TACE治疗后2周行CT扫描，制定^125I放射性粒子植入计划。植入术后进行CT扫描和甲胎蛋白检查，并定期随访。结果38例患者在术中、术后均未发生并发症，完全缓解7例，部分缓解22例，病变稳定4例，病变进展5例，总有效率为86．84％。血液甲胎蛋白（AFP）术后2周下降至（894±98）ng／ml，术后1个月下降至（225±19）ng／ml，相对于术前的（1328±194）μg／L明显下降（P〈0．05）。术后2周38例患者均未发现明显的肝功能异常变化。结论TACE联合^125I粒子植入术是HCC治疗的一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical efficacy observation of TACE combined with ^125I radioactive particles implantatiort in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoemboliza-tion （TACE） combined with ^125I radioactive particles implantation on the treatment of hepatoceuular carci- noma（HCC）. Methods The method of sampling investigation was applied, and 38 patients were select-ed to have CT scan at 2 weeks after TACE, meanwhile the plan of ^125I radioactive particles implantation was made. After the operation, scan CT, AFP detection and regular follow-up was made. Results A-mong the 38 patients, there were no complications during or after operations and 7 cases had complete re-mission, postoperative partial remission 22 cases had, 4 cases were stable, and 5 cases had progression of disease, the total efficiency was 86. 84%. At two weeks after operation, the AFP level was （894 ± 98） ng/ml and at one month after operation, that was （225 ± 19）ng/ml, compared with that before opera-tion （1328 ± 194）μg/L], there were significant differences. During 2 weeks after operation, abnormal liver function changes were not found among the 38 patients. Conclusions TACE combined with ^125I ra-dioactive particles implantation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of HCC.
