缺血性结肠炎104例临床内镜分析

目的分析缺血性结肠炎（IC）的临床表现及内镜特点，提高其诊治水平。方法收集2000年1月至2013年5月许昌市中心医院收治的104例IC住院患者的资料，从年龄、基础疾病、临床表现及内镜下特点等方面进行回顾性分析。结果缺血性结肠炎多发生于合并心脑血管疾病的老年女性患者，主要临床表现为腹痛及便血，结肠镜下可见黏膜充血、糜烂及溃疡形成，病理检查显示非特异性改变，治疗后病情明显好转。结论对有心血管疾病的老年患者，突发腹痛及便血时应警惕缺血性结肠炎可能，早期行结肠镜检查，并予以积极有效的治疗。

Endoscopic and clinical analysis of 104 patients with ischemic colitis

Conclusions Elderly patients with cardiovascular disease should be vigilant for IC when they have abdominal pain and bloody stool, they should be exam- ined early under colonoscopy and be treated effectively.
