| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT在肾癌外科治疗中的作用。材料与方法:回顾分析49例肾癌患者的术前CT评估与术后病理结果的符合率。结果:肾癌CT征象中的肿瘤边缘特征与术后病理所示的假包膜情况有一定的关联性rs’=0.6700(p<0.05)。不仅如此,肾癌的是CT临床分期与术后病理分期密切相关rs’=0.7932(p<0.05)。结论:在肾癌外科治疗中,CT检查对于手术方式选择和确定手术范围有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To research the role of CT in surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma.Materials and Methods:Preoperative estimate of CT of 49 renal cell carcinomas with pathological diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively for analyzing their conforming rate.Results:Tumor boundaries of estimate of CT were correlated with pathological false envelope rs'=0.6700(P<0.05).CT's preoperative clinical staging were correlated with pathological staging rs'=0.7932(P<0.05).Conclusion:In surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma,CT of renal cell carcinoma had guide-role in chosen operation and scope of operation. |
