原发性高血压动态血压曲线平滑指数与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

目的研究反映血压波动程度的动态血压曲线平滑指数（SI）与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对94例老年高血压患者行颈动脉彩色多谱勒超声检查和24h动态血压监测。根据颈动脉超声检查结果分为两组：颈动脉正常组（CAN组）44例和颈动脉粥样硬化组（CAS组）50例,对两组的动态血压曲线SI进行比较。结果CAS组24h收缩压SI（24hSIS）、24h舒张压SI（24hSID）、夜间收缩压SI（nSIS）、夜间舒张压SI（nSID）明显低于CAN组。颈动脉粥样硬化与24hSIS、nSIS、nSID之间呈负相关。结论SI作为一种反映血压波动的监测指标,可以更好地反映血压的波动与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。

Ultrasound diagnosis of branchial fissure cyst and its misdiagnosis

Objective To investigate the relationship between smoothness index（SI） of ambulatory blood pressure curve and seleratheroma of carotid artery. Methods Color doppler tdtrasound diagnostic examination of carotid artery was conducted and 24h ambulatory blood pressure（ABP） was monitored in 94 cases of old essential hypertensive patients. According to the results of ultrasound examination of carotid artery, the 94 eases were divided into two groups ： carotid artery normal group C CAN group） and carotid artery seleratheroma group ICAS group） . Then SI was compared between the two groups. Results SI of 24h systolic blood pressure（24hSIS）, SI of 24h diastolic blood pressure （ 24hSID）, SI of nocturnal systolic blood pressure （ nSIS ） . SI of nocturnal diastolic blood pressure （ nSID ） were significantly lower in CAS group than those in CAN group.Scleratheroma of carotid artery was negatively related with 24hSIS,nSIS and nSID .Conclusion As a calculating mark which indicates the fluctuation of blood pressure, SI can better show the relationship between fluctuation of blood pressure and seleratheroma of carotid artery.
