功能性便秘患者直肠肛门动力与直肠感觉功能的研究

目的探讨功能性便秘可能的病理生理学机制。方法采用不透X线标志物测定53例功能性便秘患者全结肠和结肠节段通过时间,通过直肠球囊内注入空气,研究直肠容量刺激对初始感觉阈值、最大耐受性的影响。结果功能性便秘患者结肠通过时间延长,且结肠通过时间延长主要发生在左半结肠区、乙状结肠直肠区,并存在肛门直肠动力异常。结论结肠直肠肛门动力紊乱与直肠感觉异常均参与功能性便秘的发展。
