雷公藤酒合活血壮筋片治疗强直性脊柱炎120例

目的]观察雷公藤酒合活血壮筋片对强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法]120例强直性脊柱炎患者予雷公藤酒合壮筋活血片治疗,30天1个疗程,均观察2个疗程。结果]临床缓解47例,占39.17%,显效50例,占41.67%,好转21例,占17.5%,无效2例,占1.67%。总有效率98.33%,对关节疼痛,外周关节肿胀指数、功能障碍等,治疗前后均值具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。并且CRP和血沉值均下降。结论]雷公藤酒合壮筋活血片治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效明显,副作用少,是治疗强直性脊柱炎的一种有效方法。

CRP and the eryth- rocyte sedimentation rate value drops. Conclusion ] Tripterygium wilfordii wine and Huoxuezhuangjin tablet treatment ankylosing spondylitis clinical obvious less side effects and the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis in an effective way.
