摘 要: | 目的 了解宁夏医科大学不同年级的护理本科生对循证护理的认知状况,为“循证护理”课程在我校的开设提供一定的指导和参考依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,应用自行设计的统一标准化问卷对2012年5月至10月在宁夏医科大学就读的400名护理本科生进行调查.结果 护理本科生对循证护理认知程度总分为(2.82±1.474)分,不同年级护理本科生对循证护理认知情况差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且高年级护理本科生获取循证护理能力明显优于低年级护理本科生(P<0.05).四个年级护理本科生对循证护理认知程度得分、知晓途径差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 我校护理本科生对循证护理的认识不足,伴随年级的增加,护理本科生对循证护理的认知程度也逐渐提高,但获取循证护理知识的途径较为单一、局限.

Abstract: | Objective To understand the cognition status on evidence - based nursing baccalaureate nursing students in Ningxia Medical University in different grade, "evidence - based nursing" curriculum to provide guidance and reference for certain in the open- ing of my school. Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method, 400 nursing undergraduates standardized questionnaire designed by ourselves in 2012 5 to 10 in Ningxia Medical University were investigated. Results The students' average score of knowledge on EBN was 2.82 + 1. 474 ; different grades of undergraduate nursing students on evidence - based nursing cognition difference was statis- tically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ), and senior undergraduate nursing students get the capacity of evidence - based nursing undergraduate nursing students significantly better than the lower grades ( P 〈 0.05 ). Four - year undergraduate nursing students on the degree of evi- dence - based nursing cognitive score, knowing the way to the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The un- dergraduate nursing students from different grades on cognitive of evidence - based nursing is differences. With time flies, the senior student on cognitive of evidence - based nursing is generally higher than junior students,however, the students known way of evidence - based nursing is single track. Students should pay attention evidence - based nursing. |
