玉屏风散合苍耳子散加减治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效观察及机理研究

目的 观察玉屏风散合苍耳子散加减治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及作用机理.方法将符合过敏性鼻炎诊断标准的18～65岁患者60 例,通过单盲法随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组患者给予玉屏风散合苍耳子散加减治疗,对照组运用常规西药治疗,观察两组临床疗效并分析机理.结果 治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为 76.67%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）且无副作用.结论 玉屏风散合苍耳子散加减治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,同时有效地避免了西药治疗的副作用,值得临床进一步研究应用.

Yuping Feng San Cocklebur Powder Decoction for Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis and Mechanism Research

Objective To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of Yuping Feng San Xanthium powder Decoction for the treat- ment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Allergic rhinitis diagnosis standard of 60 patients with 18 - 65 years old, by the single blind method randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group patients give yupinfeng xanthium powder treatment, control group were treated with routine western medicine therapy, the control group using conventional western medicine treatment of observing two groups of clinical curative effect and mechanism are analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment group 93.33% ,control group was 76.67% ,the curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） and no side effects. Conclu- sion Yuping Feng San Xanthium powder Decoction for the treatment of allergic rhinitis issignificant,while effectively to avoid the side effects of Western medicine treatment, worthy of further clinicalapplication study.
