深低温处理对异种骨-髌腱-骨重建膝前交叉韧带排斥反应影响

背景:重建膝关节前交叉韧带的移植物包括自体移植物、同种异体移植物和人工韧带3种,关于移植物的选择一直存在诸多争议。目的:回顾分析深低温处理对异种骨-髌腱-骨重建膝前交叉韧带排斥反应的影响。方法:以"骨-髌腱-骨、膝前交叉韧带、排斥反应"为中文关键词,以"bone-patellartendon-bone、anterior cruciate ligament、reject reaction"为英文关键词,采用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、PubMed数据库(1995-01/2011-11)相关文章。纳入骨-髌腱-骨重建膝前交叉韧带等相关的文章,排除重复研究或Meta分析类文章。结果与结论:共检索到76篇,按纳入和排除标准对文献进行筛选,共纳入16篇文章。文章从运动中膝关节交叉韧带损伤治疗方法,交叉韧带损伤重建,移植物体的选择和对比,移植物体排斥反应,异种骨-髌腱-骨移植免疫反应等方面的内容进行了叙述。研究表明,深低温处理能有效降低异种骨-髌腱-骨免疫原性,对于抑制排斥反应的发生具有积极作用。

Influence of deep cryogenic treatment on the rejection during reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament using heterogeneous bone-patellar tendon-bone

BACKGROUND:The grafts for the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament include autograft,allograft and prosthetic ligament,and the selection of grafts is always in debate.OBJECTIVE:To retrospectively analyze the influence of deep cryogenic treatment on the rejection of heterogeneous bone-patellar tendon-bone in reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament.METHODS:Using key words of "bone-patellar tendon-bone,anterior cruciate ligament,reject reaction" in Chinese and English,a computer-based retrieval of Chinese Periodical Full-Text Database and PubMed database from January 1995 to November 2011 was performed.Articles related to bone-patellar tendon-bone reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament were included,while repetitive studies or Meta analysis were excluded.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A total of 76 documents were screened out,and 16 of them were involved in the analysis according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.We summarized the treatment and reconstruction for the injury in cruciate ligament of knee joint,graft choice and contrast,graft rejection,and heterogeneous bone-patellar tendon-bone immune response.Deep cryogenic treatment can effectively reduce the heterogeneous bone-patellar tendon-bone immunogenicity,and has positive effects on inhibiting rejection.
