实验性大鼠肝癌变过程中p16和Rb基因表达的动态观察

目的：动态观察实验大鼠肝癌发生的启动，促进，发展和癌形成的不同阶段中ｐ１６和Ｒｂ基因的表达状态及其与病理改变及γ－ＧＴ酶异常灶变化的关系。方法；采用Ｓｏｌｔ－Ｆａｒｂｅｒ模型和免疫组化方法。结果：ｐ１６和Ｒｂ基因从促癌阶段的增生结节至癌形成阶段的肝癌组织均表达异常，与γ－ＧＴ酶的表达有一定的吻合性。

The expressions of p16 and Rb gene during multiple chemical hepatocarcinogenesis in rats

Purpose To investigate the relationship among the expression of p16 and Rb, the histologic alterations and GT foci during initial, promotion, progression and neoplastic formation stages of chemical hepatocacinogenesis in rats. Methods SoltFarber model and immunohistochemistry were used. Results The abnormal expressions of p16 and Rb genes were found from promotion stage to the liver cancer formation stage and correlated with the expression of GT foci. Conclusion There is a close correlation between the abnormal expressions of p16, Rb gene and the malignant transformation of hepatocyte. These abnormalities were observed at the early stage of hepatocarcinogenesis. There might be a synergetic effect between p16 and Rb gene in hepatocarcinogenesis.
