| 摘 要： | 目的:观察厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,以提高诊疗水平。方法:将38例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两者都给予控制饮食、合理运动、降糖降脂等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用150mg厄贝沙坦口服,1次/d,12周为1疗程。治疗前后分别检测相关指标,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗前后患者的平均血压、空腹血糖、肾功能均无明显变化,尿蛋白排泄率治疗组优于对照组。结论:厄贝沙坦对于治疗糖尿病肾病有显著疗效,且安全可靠。
