磁场对小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:用恒定磁场和旋转磁场分别处理小鼠后,测定了小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结果发现,经一定强度的恒定磁场处理的小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶的含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而经旋转磁场处理的小鼠,其血清超氧化物歧化酶的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。这一结果为解释磁场生物效应的机理,以及磁场在临床医学上的应用提供了新线索。

Abstract:We measured the activity of the serum superoxide dismutases in mice treated with the static and rotating magnetic fields. The results indicated that the activity of serum superoxide dismutases in mice treated by the static magnetic fields with the intensity of 0. 25T and 0. 08T was markedly lower than that of the normal control group (P<0. 05) : while that of the mice treated with the rotating magnetic field was obviously higher than that of the normal control group (P<0. 001). These results may give a clue to explain the mechanism of biological effects of magnetic field, and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of magnetic fields.
