摘    要:目的通过对某院贫血孕妇全血微量元素含量的分析,探讨孕妇贫血与微量元素含量的关系。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定不同孕周贫血组和对照组孕妇全血微量元素,对数据统计处理并进行对照研究。结果微量元素铁和血红蛋白两变量间存在线性相关,Y=0.044 X+2.122(r2=0.395)(P〈0.01);早孕期孕妇贫血组微量元素铜、锌、钙含量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);早孕期孕妇贫血组微量元素镁、铁含量明显低于对照组(P〈0.01);中、晚孕期孕妇贫血组微量元素铜、钙含量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);中、晚孕期孕妇贫血组微量元素锌、镁、铁含量明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论孕妇贫血对母体和胎儿的生长发育都是不利的,要加强孕期微量元素均衡摄入,确保母婴健康。

Abstract:Objective Through the analysis of trace elements content in whole blood with anemia pregnant women in Handan and the surrounding area,explored the relationship between anemia and trace elements in pregnant women,to provide the basis for health care during pregnancy.Methods The trace elements concentration levels in whole blood between the anemia group and control group in different gestational age were respectively determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,then statisticed the data and completed comparative studies.Results There was the linear correlation between the two variables of the trace element(iron)and hemoglobin,Y=0.044 X+2.122(r2=0.395)(P<0.01).The concentration levels of copper,zinc and calcium elements was no significant differences between the anemia group and the control group during early pregnancy stage(P>0.05);the anemia group was lower than the control group in magnesium and iron concentration levels during early pregnancy stage,the differences was statistically significance(P<0.01);the concentration levels of copper and calcium elements was no significant differences between the anemia group and the control group during middle and late pregnancy stage(P>0.05);the anemia group was lower than the control group in zinc,magnesium and iron concentration levels during middle and late pregnancy stage,the differences was statistically significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Anemia in Pregnant women was negative on maternal and fetal growth,we should strengthen the balance of trace elements intake so as to ensure maternal and fetal health during pregnancy.
