| 摘 要： | 目的探讨碎裂QRS波(fQRS)与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法入选196例患者,经选择性冠状动脉造影检查分为冠状动脉粥样硬化组及冠心病组,分析fQRS与冠状动脉病变范围、狭窄程度的关系。结果冠心病组心电图均可见fQRS,冠状动脉粥样硬化组fQRS多出现于下壁导联(59.41%)。两组在fQRS出现的导联数、QRS波群时限、心电轴及心电图中是否出现J波方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 fQRS的出现可作为预测冠状动脉病变程度的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the correlation between fragmented QRS complex（fQRS） and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients.Methods 196 patients were divided into chronic heart disease group（CHD） and coronary atherosclerosis group according to the results of coronary angiography.The degree of stenosis and the extent of lesions were analyzed and compared.Results fQRSappeared in all the ECG of CHD group,but in coronary atherosclerosis groupthe majority of fQRS were in the inferior wall leads.There were significant differences between the two groups in the number of the union with fQRS,the duration of QRS complex,the cardiac electrical axis and the occurrence of J wave in electrocardiogram.Conclusions The fragmented QRS complex can be an additive predictor of the degree of stenosis and the extent of lesions with coronary artery. |
