| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,其中42例治疗组采用针刺治疗,38例对照组口服维生素C、维生素E。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为60.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针刺治疗黄褐斑疗效优于口服维生素C、维生素E。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on chloasma.Methods Eighty patients were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 42 cases was treated with acupuncture and the control group of 38 cases,with oral vitamin C and E.Results The total efficacy rate was 92.9% in the treatment group and 60.5% in the control group;there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture is better than oral vitamin C and E in treating chloasma. |
