| 摘 要： | 目的探索操作更安全、疗效更可靠治疗体表海绵状血管瘤的方法。方法在探头频率为70MHZ彩色多普勒超声引导下留置铜针于瘤体内。结果本组26例，其中2例合并蔓状血管瘤，6例为术后复发者，并均位于大血管周围，经该方法治疗未发现术中术后并发症，其中22例随访一年未见复发。结论超声引导下铜针治疗海绵状血管瘤较既往的铜针治疗方法效果更可靠，操作更安全，对于组织深部及位于大主干血管、神经等重要器官周围的海绵状血管瘤尤有独到之处。

Ultrasound Guided Copper Needle Therapy in Treating Cavernous Hemangioma |

| Abstract: | Objective: To find a safe and reliable method for treating cavernous hemangioma. Method: Copper needle was placed into the tumor tissue under the guide of colored Doppler ultrasonic angiograph with a probe of 70MHZ. Results: 2 among the 26 cases in this group were complicated by hemangioma racenosum, 6 cases recurred after operation. No complication happened during operation and post operation. 22 cases were followed up for one year, no recurrence was found. Conclusion: This method is safe and reliable, it is superior to the commonly used method. |
