化瘀通络法对急性血瘀大鼠的实验研究

目的]探讨化瘀通络法组方对急性血瘀大鼠的治疗作用。方法]采用Adr加冰水造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,测定血液流变学指标、PT、APT和FIB。结果]化瘀通络法组方可明显降低急性血瘀大鼠全血低切黏度值、血浆黏度值、红细胞压积和红细胞最大聚集指数。并可缩短PT和延长FIB时间。结论]化瘀通络法组方具有较好的活血化瘀作用;该作用为化瘀通络法组方治疗急性出血性脑中风提供了理论依据。
