摘    要:目的研究巴戟天不同部位(主根、侧根、须根、木心、根茎、茎、叶)中6种寡糖类成分的分布规律。方法运用HPLC-ELSD检测技术,以葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、蔗果三糖、耐斯糖和蔗果五糖为评价指标,考察巴戟天不同部位寡糖类成分的分布规律。结果巴戟天主根和侧根的根头、根中、根尖平均直径分别为0.92、0.77、0.67 cm,根尖直径最小;3个部分寡糖类含有量差别较明显,从根头到根中、根尖,耐斯糖、蔗果三糖、蔗果五糖含有量逐渐升高,其中根尖比根头中的耐斯糖含有量增加了42%,主根和侧根均呈现上述规律;须根和木心均含有较高的耐斯糖等寡糖类成分。结论巴戟天根部直径与耐斯糖、蔗果三糖、蔗果五糖含有量呈负相关,与传统分级标准相矛盾;巴戟天须根和木心可考虑作为寡糖提取的原料。

Abstract:AIM To study the distribution rules of six oligosaccharides in different parts( main roots,lateral roots,fibrous roots,duramen,rhizome,stems and leaves) of Morinda officinalis How. METHODS The distribution of oligosaccharides in different parts of M. officinalis was investigated by HPLC-ELSD with glucose,fructose,sucrose,1-kestose, nystose and 1~F-fructofuranosyl nystose as evaluation indexes. RESULTS The average diameter of the root head,root central and root tip of the main and lateral roots of M. officinalis were 0. 92,0. 77 and 0. 67 cm,respectively,with the smallest tip diameter. There were significant differences in contents of oligosaccharides in the three parts. The contents of nystose,1-kestose and 1~F-fructofuranosyl nystose increased gradually from root head to root central and root tip,and the content of nystose in root tip increased by 42% compared with that in root head. Both main root and lateral root showed the above regularity. Both fibrous roots and duramen contained high levels of nystose and other oligosaccharides. CONCLUSION The root diameter of M. officinalis is negatively correlated with the content of nystose,1-kestose and 1~F-fructofuranosyl nystose,which is inconsistent with traditional grading standard. The fibrous roots and duramen of M. officinalis can be considered as raw materials for oligosaccharide extraction.
