摘    要:目的研究三七Panax notoginseng Burk. F.H.Chen内生真菌Cladosporium sp.的化学成分。方法内生真菌固体发酵物甲醇-二氯甲烷提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为3β-羟基-麦角甾-5, 7, 22-三烯(1)、3β-羟基-5α, 8α-过氧化麦角甾-6, 22-二烯(2)、亚油酸(3)、麦角甾-4, 6, 8 (14), 22-四烯-3-酮(4)、肉桂酸(5)、3, 10-二羟基-4, 8-二甲氧基-6-甲基苯甲香豆素(6)、p-香豆酸(7)、R-甲瓦龙酸内酯(8)、(1H-indol-3-yl)-oxoacetamide(9)、7, 8-dihydroxy-9,12 (Z,Z)-octadecadienoic acid (10)。结论化合物5~9均为首次从该内生真菌中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents of endophytic fungus Cladosporium sp.from Panax notoginseng Burk.F.H.Chen.METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of methanol-dichloromethane extract of the endophytic fungus Cladosporium sp.from P.notoginseng was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3β-ol(1),3β-hydroxy-5α,8α-peroxide ergosta-6,22-diene(2),linoleic acid(3),ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(4),cinnamic acid(5),3,10-dihydroxy-4,8-dimethoxy-6-methylbenzocoumarin(6),p-coumaric acid(7),R-mevalonolactone(8),(1H-indol-3-yl)-oxoacetamide(9),7,8-dihydroxy-9,12(Z,Z)-octadecadienoic acid(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 5-9 are isolated from this endophytic fungus for the first time.
