子宫动脉栓塞术在子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗中的应用

目的探索子宫动脉栓塞术在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗中的应用效果。方法选择山东省聊城市高唐县第一人民医院2011年10月22日-2018年10月22日收治的100例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗,对照组行常规清宫术治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,阴道出血、月经恢复、血β-HCG恢复正常时间均短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,治疗后β-HCG水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者实施子宫动脉栓塞术治疗效果明显,可降低手术风险,减轻对生育功能的影响。

Application of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy

Objective To explore the application effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section who were admitted to Gaotang County First People’s Hospital of Liaocheng City of Shandong Province from October 22, 2011 to October 22, 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases each. The observation group was treated with uterine artery embolization, while the control group was treated with routine uterine clearance. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the time of vaginal bleeding, menstruation recovery and bloodβ-hCG recovery for normal were shorter than those in the control group, the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, and the level of β-hCG was lower than that in the control group after treatment, the differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Uterine artery embolization for uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section was obvious, which could reduce the risk of operation and the influence on reproductive function.
