优质护理在肝硬化合并上消化道大出血中的应用

目的观察对肝硬化合并上消化道大出血患者实施优质护理的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月-2017年1月期间广东省肇庆市端州区华佗医院收治的肝硬化合并上消化道大出血患者共86例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予优质护理,观察两组患者预后、生活质量及护理满意率情况。结果护理后,干预组患者出血次数少于对照组;干预组止血时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组生活质量各维度评分明显高于对照组;干预组护理总满意率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理用于肝硬化合并上消化道大出血患者临床治疗中,对提高患者生活质量、改善预后情况及提高患者对护理工作的满意率均具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。

Application of high quality nursing in cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing for patients with cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 86 patients with cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to Zhaoqing City Duanzhou District Huatuo Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2012 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method,with43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The prognosis,quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed. Results After nursing,the number of bleeding in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,and the hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the intervention group was 95.35%,significantly higher than 79.07% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of high quality nursing in the clinical treatment of patients with cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage had a positive effect on improving patients’ quality of life,prognosis and satisfaction rate with nursing work. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
