摘    要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定大果飞蛾藤中新绿原酸、东莨菪苷、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、东莨菪内酯、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C的含有量。方法大果飞蛾藤80%甲醇提取物的分析采用Agilent 5 TC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长345 nm。结果 8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 2),平均加样回收率98.22%~101.03%, RSD 0.87%~1.75%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于大果飞蛾藤的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of neochlorogenic acid, scopolin, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, scopoletin, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C in Porana sinensis Henmsl..METHOD The analysis of 80% methanol extract of P. sinensis was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Agilent 5 TC-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 345 nm.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 2), whose average recoveries were 98.22%-101.03% with the RSDs of 0.87%-1.75%.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of P. sinensis.
