白术须根和主根的质量差异

摘    要:目的探究白术Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.须根和主根质量差异。方法通过醇溶性浸出物测定法,水蒸气蒸馏法,醇溶性浸出物测定法、HPLC、硫酸苯酚法分别测定白术须根和主根中浸出物,挥发油,白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,白术多糖的含有量。结果白术须根中挥发油含有量高于白术主根,具有统计学差异(P<0.01);白术主根中浸出物、白术多糖、白术内酯Ⅰ含有量高于白术须根,具有统计学差异(P<0.01),但白术须根和主根中白术内酯Ⅱ、Ⅲ含有量之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论白术须根质量略逊白术主根,但以挥发油、白术内酯Ⅱ、Ⅲ等为药效成分时,可考虑白术须根替代白术主根入药。

Abstract:AIM To study the quality difference between the fibrous roots and main roots of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz..METHODS The contents of extract,volatile oil,atractylenolide I,Ⅱ,Ⅲand atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide were determined respectively by alcohol?soluble extract determination method,steam distillation method,alcohol?soluble extract determination method and HPLC.RESULTS The contents of volatile oil in the fibrous roots of A.macrocephala were higher than those in the main roots(P<0.01),and the contents of extract,polysaccharide and atractylenolideⅠin the main roots of A.macrocephala were higher than those in the fibrous roots(P<0.01).However,there was not significant difference between atractylenolideⅡ,Ⅲof A.macrocephala in the fibrous roots and the main roots(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The quality of the fibrous roots of A.macrocephala is slightly inferior to that of the main roots,but when volatile oil and atractylenolideⅡ,Ⅲare used as the effective components,the fibrous roots of A.macrocephala can be considered as a substitute for the main roots.
