复方丹参滴丸联合马来酸桂哌齐特对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合马来酸桂哌齐特对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法 102例患者随机分为对照组(49例)和观察组(53例),对照组给予马来酸桂哌齐特,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,疗程4周。检测临床疗效、心肌缺血标志物(CK-MB、LDH、IMA)、左室舒张功能指标(LVPWD、E、A)、血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切)、血压(舒张压、收缩压)、心率、血脂指标(LDL-C、HDL-C)、心绞痛发作情况(发作频率、持续时间)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组心肌缺血标志物、血液流变学指标、血压、心率、LDL-C、心绞痛发作情况降低(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05),左室舒张功能指标改善(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合马来酸桂哌齐特可降低冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者心肌缺血标志物水平,改善左室舒张功能,安全性较高。

Clinical effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with cinepazide maleate on patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with cinepazide maleate on patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. METHODS One hundred and two patients were randomly assigned into control group(49 cases) for 4-week administration of cinepazide maleate, and observation group(53 cases) for 4-week administration of both Compound Danshen Dripping Pills and cinepazide maleate. The changes in clinical efficacy, myocardial ischemia markers(CK-MB, LDH, IMA), left ventricular diastolic function indices(LVPWD, E, A), hemorheological indices(plasma viscosity, low shear of whole blood viscosity, high shear of whole blood viscosity), blood pressures(diastolic pressure, systolic pressure), heart rate, blood lipid indices(LDL-C, HDL-C), angina attack conditions(attack frequency, duration) and incidence of adverse reactions were detected. RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the two groups displayed decreased myocardial ischemia markers, hemorheological indices, blood pressures, heart rate, LDL-C and angina attack conditions(P<0.05), increased HDL-C(P<0.05), and improved left ventricular diastolic function indices(P<0.05), especially for the observation group(P<0.05). No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION For the patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with cinepazide maleate can reduce myocardial ischemia marker levels and improve left ventricular diastolic functions, exhibiting high safety.
