创愈宁治疗烧伤残余创面的临床效果

目的观察创面修复医用敷料(创愈宁)治疗烧伤后残余创面的临床疗效。方法收集2017年6月-2018年1 2月天津市滨海新区汉沽中医医院收治的烧伤患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组按照常规换药方法治疗,患处给予橡皮生肌膏外用,换药1次/2d。观察组创面给予创愈宁外用治疗,换药1次/2d。观察两组创面愈合情况。结果观察组患者创面愈合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创愈宁治疗烧伤残余创面能够加速创面上皮细胞增生,促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of Chuangyuning in treating burn residual wounds

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of wound repair medical dressing(Chuangyuning)in treating residual wounds after burn.Methods Fifty-six burn patients treated in Binhai New Area Hangu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tianjin from June 2017 to December 2018 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional dressing change method,and the affected area was given topical application of Xiangpishengji ointment for external use and changed every 2 days.The wounds of the observation group were treated with Chuangyuning for external use and changed every 2 days.The wound healing of the two group was observed.Results The wound healing rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chuangyuning could accelerate the proliferation of wound epithelial cells,promote wound healing,shorten wound healing time,which was worthy of promotion and application.
