维吾尔族原发型高血压病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与中医辨证分型的相关性研究

目的研究维吾尔族原发性高血压病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与中医辨证分型的相关性。方法纳入肝火亢盛型、阴虚阳亢型、痰湿壅盛型、阴阳两虚型维吾尔族原发性高血压病患者共160例,测定其空腹血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。结果痰湿壅盛型维吾尔族原发性高血压病患者Hcy水平显著高于其他3型(P<0.01),另外3型两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在维吾尔族原发性高血压病患者中,痰湿壅盛型患者血浆Hcy水平显著升高,与其他证型相比具有显著性差异,或可说明Hcy可作为维吾尔族EH患者辨证分型的客观依据,进而可为研究维吾尔族人群原发性高血压病的发病机理和干预机制提供新的途径。

Correlation between Plasma Homocysteine Level and TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Uyghur Patients with Essential Hypertension

To study the correlation between plasma homocysteine level and TCM syndrome differentiation of Uighur patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods:160 EH Uighur patients with syndrome types of liver-fire hyperactivity,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,phlegm-dampness hyperactivity and yin and yang deficiency were included,and their fasting plasma homocysteine levels were measured.Results:The level of Hcy in the patients with phlegm-dampness type was significantly higher than that of other type 3(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in pairwise comparison of the other type 3(P>0.05).Conclusion:Among the Uygur EH patients,the plasma Hcy level of the patients with phlegm-dampness type was significantly increased,which is significantly different from other types of syndromes,or it may indicate that Hcy can be used as a syndrome differentiation point for EH patients.The objective basis of this type can provide a new way to study the pathogenesis and intervention mechanism of EH in Uighur population.
