精囊镜技术治疗血精症的临床效果评估

目的评价经自然腔道精囊镜技术治疗血精症的临床效果。方法以广东省江门市中心医院2015年3月-2019年8月收治的20例难治性血精症或保守治疗失败的血精症患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组各10例,观察组使用自然腔道精囊镜技术,对照组使用破窗法精囊镜技术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为20.00%,对照组为10.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经自然腔道精囊镜技术治疗血精症具有更好的疗效,且并发症发生率与破窗法无明显差异,提示经自然腔道精囊镜技术更加安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Evaluation of clinical effect of seminal vesicle endoscopy technique in the treatment of hemospermia

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of seminal vesicle endoscopy technique through natural orifice in the treatment of hemospermia. Methods Twenty patients with refractory or failed conservative treatment of hemospermia admitted to Jiangmen Central Hospital of Guangdong Province from March 2015 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 10 cases each. The observation group was treated with the technique of seminal vesicle endoscopy through natural orifice,while the control group was treated with fenestration technique of seminal vesicle endoscopy. The therapeutic effects of each group were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The incidence of complications was 20.00% in the observation group and 10.00% in the control group,which was of no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Seminal vesicle endoscopy technique through natural orifice had better curative effect to hemospermia, and the incidence of complications was similar to that of fenestration technique of seminal vesicle endosocopy, which suggested that seminal vesicle endoscopy technique through natural orifice was more safe and effective, and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
