白苞蒿地上部分化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究白苞蒿地上部分的化学成分。方法白苞蒿地上部分95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI、ODS进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为hinokinin (1)、conicaoside (2)、8, 9-dehydropellitorine (3)、墙草碱(4)、sintenin (5)、(+)-isoeucommin A (6)、(+)-表松脂素(7)、榕醛(8)、(+)-丁香脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、对羟基苯乙酮(10)、松脂素单甲基醚-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、落叶松脂醇-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、落叶松脂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)、3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)。结论化合物1~6为首次从蒿属植物中分离得到,化合物7~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Artemisia lactiflora Wall. ex DC..METHODS The 95% ethanol extract from the aerial parts of A. lactiflora was isolated and purified by silica, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as hinokinin(1), conicaoside(2), 8,9-dehydropellitorine(3), pellitorine(4), sintenin(5),(+)-isoeucommin A(6),(+)-epi-pinoresinol(7), ficusal(8),(+)-syringaresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9), p-hydroxyacetophenone(10),(+)-pinoresinol monomethyl ether β-D-glucoside(11), lariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12), lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13), 3,5-dimethoxy-benzyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-6 are isolated from genus Artemisia for the first time, and compounds 7-14 are first isolated from this plant.
